IT SECURITY
SSL Certificate
PIX network communication is secured with SSL Certificates. Which provide secure, encrypted communications between a website and an internet browser. SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer, the protocol which provides the encryption. SSL Certificates are typically installed on pages that require end-users to submit sensitive information over the internet like use ID details or passwords. Our Email systems also has SSL certificate attached to ensure the secured communication.
Controlled Access and Rights
All our Servers, Firewall, Data collection systems has controlled access with three-layer security of Firewall, Active Directory, Application Security. Security is further controlled with the users privileges and access rights. User accesses are documented and monitored on regular basis and it is documented in electronic format.
ERP – Access Management
Infor has Risk & Compliance versatility, adaptability, and extensibility that helps automate the detection, prevention, and prediction of multiple types of data security risk. ERP solution also promotes readiness for all types of internal and external audits. PIX - ERP system is integrated with Active Directory to have additional layer of security in improved form.
Firewall
PIX has appliance based firewall to maintain the security of our private network. Firewalls block unauthorized access to or from other public /private networks and employed to prevent unauthorized Web users from gaining access to public and private networks connected to the Internet. A firewall is acting as the first line of defense in securing sensitive information.
DATA RETENTION
We will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary. We maintain specific records management and retention policies and procedures, so that personal data are deleted after a reasonable time according to the following retention criteria:
